But my meatballs are delicious, and having rolled 80 this morning (round of applause pleease..!) I figured I'd share my recipe with you: Chop onion, red paprika,and squash in tiny bits, and mix with egg, milk and breadcrumbs. Throw it into a larger bowl with the ground beef, to make it stick togheter, roll your meatballs til your hands are glowing.. swoosh into the pan..salt and pepper as you like it, tatà...
