People tend to be very superstitious in Italy. I wasn't at all before coming here, it was just something you talked about sometimes, the black cat, don't walk under a ladder, don't put the keys on the table etc. Inevitable I've become a bit precautious, following certain routines before the tvshow, not wearing purple on tv (brings bad luck according to some), not saying "oh great, no traffic to today ",while driving (around the corner you'll find a trafficjam for sure!!). I have my own special routine before boarding a plane, I knock on it (haha, I know, so silly) and I sit in a certain position before takeoff and landing.
