Hungry chicks!

After Chanel, I put my heels in a bag, and quickly got myself to the most important dinner party of the year, the traditional Christmas dinner, with  a bunch of  Swedish women that meet up for great Swedish Christmas  food,lots of chitchatting,  wine of course- not to forget, and then a little lottery..where I proudly brought home a 100%pure polyester pyjamas.. don't we love it, haha. Well the point is, for a Swede living abroad, it's so important to have people (read women) to talk to, somebody that knows exactly where you're coming from, with the same background. Bla bla bla…

Life never seems to stop putting  you through tests, which is great of course, otherwise.. how boring! After my castingappointment(!) in Rome, I still had a few minutes over for a romantic lunch..on MY OWN. It's kind of fun to eat alone sometimes, specially with a great book and a nice glass of red (for the nerves of course..hehe). I am reading this hilarious book that makes me laugh out loud..even on the fast train, 3hours Milan-Rome! Great, wouldn't it be for all the morons that speak loudly on their cellphones without a single break, arrrgh.. I'll punch the next one that comes along...

As time goes by

Leaving the hotel this morning I couldn't for the world imagine, 1. That I would walk a hundred thousand miles in one day. 2. That I would end up in the middle of the student protest at Big Ben (did you see the newscast?)The tube was cancelled, policemen everywhere, the streets blocked.. Changed into my daughters hat to look a bit younger,  but nothing.. they just asked me kindly  "Lady step out of the way please".. Dubble sigh, the years are adding up.. ...
