The daily, "dagens" is in Sweden very common, served all in one plate (not like in Italy where you first eat your pasta and then your meat and side dish). We found these three alternatives on the menu today: 1 perch with beet roots and potatoes x bacon with brown baked beans and onion sauce, potatoes 2 pesto penne with cucumber, rocket salad and prosciutto crudo on top...

Spent some time in the afternoon sun, enjoying a beer at J Nacka. You can easily reach it by boat from the city center and it's also a great hotel.. stayed there myself so I'm pretty sure..! You can even borrow  lifevests for the small ones during your  meal, perfect!   ...

Arrived in Nacka, just outside Stockholm, but we're practically in the countryside already. This is where I grew up, amongst trees, lakes and the ocean with the archipelago, nature has always played a great role in my upbringing.
