Enjoyed an amazing dinner yesterday at Molo 13, a great Sardinian fish restaurant in Milan. Starters keep coming til you can't breathe anymore, followed by the most delicious things you can imagine.. I feel sorry for the fellow in the pic, but he surely tasted great! With heavy stomachs and happy minds we strolled back home. I convinced everyone to leave the car in the garage for once..beause I feel that if you can talk the talk, you've gotta walk the walk.. ...

The smog levels are still getting worse in Milan. For 35 days  this year (almost every day so far) the levels have exceeded the permitted pollution amounts by the European regulations. That's what's allowed in A WHOLE YEAR, and we have burnt it in a month. Crazy, I cannot go on telling my daughter she has to go inside to get some fresh air. In the park i'm reading the booklet, "how to defend yourself against the smog".. oh man, so sad, but yet so necessary.. ...

This is the article from the Swedish magazine Mama for the March issue. The title says :" I am living the Italian Dream", referring to the tv program that I hosted for the Swedish television called The Italian Dream, where 5 couples wanted to fulfil their dream of opening a bed and breakfast in the Italian countryside. A couple won, after lessons in Italian, cooking lessons and a lot of work restoring the house, and they managed to open their B&B in Lapedona, in the Marche district. The pics in the article are from my summer hangout, Città di Castello, where my daughter is born, and where we spend several months a year. ...
