Luxury, I was invited to spend an afternoon at the new Espace Chanel, just opened at the Rinascente department store in Milan. The beauty corner includes a Perfume Bar, where you can discover all the Chanel fragrances, including Les Exclusifs, the exclusive 13 fragrance collection, all representing a piece of the history of Mademoiselle Chanel. The new arrival is named Jersey, the fabric introduced by Coco in the fashion industry in 1916 making a small revolution for female fashion. Then you'll find the area soin for skincare and the area makeup, where I was treated with a ad hoc makeup session. Me and my girlfriends passed by the opening of the Make up for ever shop inside of Sephora yesterday. We got on those high chairs for a makeover and you can do the same! For those of you that think you're not capable of applying makeup they have a makeup school, and for the special evening you can pop by for a treat, having your makeup done for a very good deal! I had the honor to hand out the prize to the winners of the Green Oscars of 2011, with the Sette Green Awards, together with the Editor in Chief, Giuseppe Di Piazza. Some of the most significant eco friendly ideas and people were being celebrated. We also got to visit the exhibit Mother Nature, where some of the world wide ad campaigns for preserving our nature were on show. The first pic in this post shows the campaign that won in Advertising "a new species", plastic bags thrown in the sea are becoming the new predators, terrible!
