Yesterday I was invited to visit the enchanting little medieval town of Corciano during the opening of the Corciano festival. I participated in the talkshow "l'Umbria del cure" in the town square together with the journalist Guido Barlozzetti and my cohost of That's Italia Pino Strabioli, with a surprise ending for me! The new Stella McCartney winter campaign features once again the Russian top model Natalia Vodianova. Born 1982 in Gorky, Nadia helped her mum as a fruit vendor before becoming a model, making it big in record time. Mother of three, she is the founder and president of the Naked Heart foundation, charity whose mission, broadly outlined, is "to provide a safe and inspiring environment in which to play for every child living in urban Russia." What would we do without our girlfriends? I'm the only girl in an enlarged family of 5 children and I had to develop a tough skin and self-defense in order to support the boys' adventures and practical jokes. For obvious reasons I was their target for a period. Therefore I discovered the female point of view late, but now I cannot live without confronting myself with my girlfriends, chatting, laughing, exchanging ideas and thoughts about mostly everything!
