Well, I almost asked for it this morning, "nature is calling..!" Yeah, great, I got what I asked for, the cold temperature has broken a waterpipe in the house, which is now more a pool than a house..so, our beautiful nature walk became a citystroll in Milano, grrr..! Nature is calling

It's time to change the surroundings.. Heading to our special place in the countryside. Feel the need for nature, taking long walks, being hit by the silence, climbing the top of the hill, lighting the fireplace and  reading the pile of books that's been waiting for my attention..and to make photos, like the one from last year. Hurdie burdie..!

Remember the Swedish chef on the Muppet Show? That's basically me when I cook, "hurdie burdie hurdie", he said, throwing this and that in his pots and pans.. But my meatballs are delicious, and having rolled 80 this morning (round of applause pleease..!) I figured I'd share my recipe with you: Chop onion, red paprika,and squash in tiny bits, and mix with egg, milk and breadcrumbs. Throw it into a larger bowl with the ground beef, to make it stick togheter, roll your meatballs til your hands are glowing.. swoosh into the pan..salt and pepper as you like it, tatà...
