Yesterday I attended the Oxfam Italia event "The Women's circle 2012" to raise funds to help fight poverty and injustice around the world. Together with Oxfam, Annie Lennox has set up The Cirlce, a group of influential women who have come together do use their profiles, ideas, skills and resources to connect with women living in poverty around the world. If women get educated and indipendent they often tend to help the family out of starvation and poverty, being the main engine of the family. It happens, like today, that I have a millions things to do after having brought Stella to school. Running errands, having meetings, lunch with the girls, driving across the city, showroom pickups etc, arriving at night for a dinner work appointment, without hitting home inbetween. For those days, I dress easy, jeans and a nice jacket, men style flat shoes for daytime and a change of shoes for the evening, and in a minute I'm ready.
