Yesterday I felt a bit low (yep happens even to Fil positive!), I kept my sunglasses on, didn't want to talk etc. So, I figured the only thing to do was to move my behind a bit! At the moment it felt like a nightmare, but after an hour run/walk around the hills and a dip in the pool, I felt like a million dollars again! It's really the solution, move, eat well, sleep, surround yourself with the right kind of people that give you something, not the energy thieves, enjoy every moment, even the smallest things and try to transmit positivity  to others. Practising sport is great, especially when you find your favourite activity, but sometimes I need a "carrot" to motivate me even more. The right sportswear is necessary, but it's also great fun to play with new colors and shapes. So that's why I visited the Reebok showroom to see the new collection and to check out the evergreens.
