In today's paper they talk about where you do your foodshopping, what's more ecological and what people actually choose. I love markets, the local veggie vendor and small shops where you have a personal contact with the owner, some chitchatting while picking out the freshest local specialities. It's certainly also a matter of price and time, huge supermarkets offer a vast sortiment at lower prices, but it tends to get a bit impersonal.
