I’ve spent the day visiting (and working at..!) Moreschi that has been producing highend elegant Italian made shoes for 65 years. It was incredibly interesting to follow the journey the shoe makes, from the style office, to the drawing board, to the choosing of the leather and then seeing the craftsmen putting all their talent in producing more than 1000 pairs of shoes a day, ready to be sent off to shops around the world. I’ll be treating my shoes a lot better now, after seeing all the hard work, care and detail that goes into the creation, because lets face it:
There is no business like Shoe business!

@Claudia: Io amo le scarpe, come quasi tutte le donne, e ho di tutti i tipi, stili e colori.. ti dico, vado spesso ai saldi a vedere ma ogni tanto anche da zara oppure http://www.asos.com per quelli più economici. baci

dai, se compro un paio di moreschi e nella scatola trovo quelle che hai lisciato e martellato tu cosa faccio? rischio di "forare" e trovarmi con un piede al "vento"? aiuto!
dai, scherzo… anzi, post molto bello e utile, ci ricorda quante cose facciamo bene nel nostro paese e che ci sono persone che ancora hanno voglia di farle, queste cose fatte bene.
