We’ve got a preview (and taste) of MI,  a new restaurant that opens up tomorrow in Milan, with a highend Chinese cuisine. The owner Bin Hu, is already running with great success other restaurants like Qor and Hama for amazing Japanese food (Qor is where you’ll find me often) and Berimbau for the Brasilian specialities. We started with the traditional springrolls with mint, spicy shrimps with green mango and cashews, steamed ravioli of all kinds, salmon and a wonderful soft and sweet mango to finish off. I must say, two thumbs up!! Now I’m just waiting for his next adventure..shall it be Indian perhaps?
