We celebrate Mother’s day today in Italy and here is my greeting to my mum and all mums out there! I visited the yearly flower show, Orticola,  in a park in the center of Milan: yes once again, Milan offers beauty, you just need to know where to find it! With a sensation of purity, beauty, freshness and lightness, me and my daughter walked around it hand in hand taking in the scenery (well, maybe I enjoyed more than she did, there’s a certain age when you start to appreciate and talk about flowers A LOT!) We stopped by the Parents against smog stand and participated in some activities, when I spotted the cow Margherita across the aisle and I went over to ask to make a picture when milking it.. “Sure, the cow-boy(!) answered, where’s the kid?” “Well actually, it would be me doing it, I said timidly”…
