In order to succeed with this dish you don’t need to be a great chef, you’ll just need your own vegetable garden or a personal pusher of the freshest fruit and veggies in toooown…or…you have to be as lucky as I am!!! I am in excellent contact with my ex. My ex fruit and veggie vendor that is. I’ve moved to the other side of town and he’s stopped working, but once in a while he appears at my house with a carton of oranges or like yesterday, these fave beans, picked an hour earlier at his house on the coast. So, even the Swedish chef of the Muppet show (me that is..!) is able to prepare some pecorino cheese mixed with the fave,  a touch of oil and black pepper to enjoy this dish! Thank you Sergio!!
