Like every morning the alarm rings at 07.30am and I go to wake up my daughter. Like two sleepwalkers we enter the kitchen and start to prepare the breakfast. Coffee for me, juice, milk, toast, yoghurt and bisquits, it all depends on the mood, but breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper is something I learnt when I was a kid, and try to follow, at least for the morning part..! A walk to school, kiss and goodbye, and I walk home passing the newspaperstand where I pick up the papers. At home, I sit in the kitchen, enjoying the silence and look through the latest news. Almost a holy moment. …and I’m ready to meet a new day.
